Biography
I became interested in photography when I was given a Minolta SLR back in the '60s. At the time I was traveling a lot in the Pacific and I used my new camera to take photos everywhere I went. Soon family and raising children took precedence and I dropped photography, concentrating instead on making a living.
Now that the kids are grown and educated I have plunged eagerly into the world of digital photography. I recently graduated from the Professional Photography course at the New York Institute of Photography. I have studied outdoor photography with Bill Fortney, Tom Bol, Jack Dykinga, Leroy DeJolie, Rob Sheppard, and Susan & Neil Silverman.
